    1) Who do I call if I have problems or questions with ordering?

    • Call Apex customer service at 717-396-7100.

    2) How do I check the status of my order?

    • If you are logged in, you may click on Orders at the bottom of the page under My Account for order details and shipping information.
    • Call customer service at 717-396-7100 or 1-800-666-5556 with any questions

     3) How do I size myself for apparel items?

    • Sizing charts are available at the bottom of each item page. Each chart should be used for guidance only. Your size is your choice.

     4) How do I make a return or an exchange?

    • Click on the Merchandise Returns link in the lower left hand corner of the site for details.
    • Note: You are responsible for shipping charges associated with all returns/exchanges.

     5) How long does my order take to ship? 

    • All orders placed during our PRE-ORDER window, 5/1/23-7/15/23 will be delivered to your classroom and distributed on the first day of class 8/23/23.

    • Orders placed outside the PRE-ORDER window are shipped when ALL items are in stock. If all items are in stock, your order will ship within 5 business days. If some items are back ordered, please allow up to three weeks for your order to be shipped.

      6) How will the order arrive to me?

    • All orders placed during our PRE-ORDER window, 5/1/23-7/15/23 will be delivered to your classroom and distributed on the first day of class 8/23/23.
    • All orders placed outside the PRE-ORDER window are shipped via US Postal Service. Typical delivery is 2-3 business days after the order ships from our warehouse.
